Prana Shakti Yoga is a group of teachers working together to bring the practices of Hatha Yoga to interested students. Our teachers have experience in the following yoga traditions: Anusara, Ashtanga, Bihar, Kripalu, Sivananda, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin.
Classes are held 5 days a week; Basics on Saturdays/Mondays 6:30-8 PM, Expanding on Sundays/Tuesdays 6:30-8 PM, and Wednesday night Basics 6-7:30 PM.
Our Basics class covers all of the basic yoga asana and pranayama practices. It is suitable for those students newer to yoga and for students who are building strength and flexibility. Our Expanding class is suitable for students with an established yoga practice. More advanced yoga asana and pranayama are explored in our Expanding classes.
